Rasmalai is very popular Indian Bengali sweet which is available all over India. Traditionally we have to prepare two portions; one is ras i.e. chilled milk in thick consistency and second is Malai i.e. spongy cheese balls. Both combine together in one bowl with lots of nuts and flavors of rose water and cardamom. But Today I post “Instant Bread Rasmalai”; under this recipe we made ras as same in rasmalai. But instead of malai we use bread slices. I love this instant bread rasmalai, really it’s so tasty and easy to prepare. It’s really tasty and an instant version of rasmalai recipe which really like by everyone.
Chopped Nuts (Pistachios, Almonds and Cashews)
How to prepare Instant Rasmalai:
Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve as chilled.
Note: If you use sweet condense milk then adjust the sugar quantity according to tastebuds.
These days people prefer sugar free sweets, as newlywed bride enter in new home, she has to prepare some sweet for new family. Most probably people have prepared halwa or sweet indian pudding. Sooji ka halwa is very common and popular halwa or pudding in India for every occasion or festivals. This time we will give little twist to sooji ka halwa with orange flavour, its gives little different taste and add little gram flour or besan which gives crispiness to pudding.
